The food was good someone walked up and took my order in front of me but the manager on duty remade it and gave me a card for the mistake!
Megan was SO SWEET, I could tell they were short handed (as the wait was a little long and everyone was running around) but whenever Megan spoke at the speaker or came to the window she had a smile on her face! It was refreshing to see someone so happy!
Literally couldn’t read a ticket if they tried. ordered through a 3rd party delivery app TWICE in one day. First time, they gave us two of the same wrap even though we ordered two seperate wras. in the one wrap that was correct it was stated no avocado as my bf is allergic well surprise surprise it had avocado and it was inedible. and the second wrap was inedible as well cause we didn’t order 2 of the same wrap and it also had avocado all in it. Been coming to this tropical smoothie since they open. I made a negative entry for a very delayed order. I spoke to a regional manager on the issue. I ordered today and my order was promptly ready upon arrival.
