I went today to get a smoothie and a salad. I left with a wrap and the chunkiest smoothie ever! See photos of chunky smoothie. This is terrible. The worker could see how chunky it was when they poured it into the cup. Clearly they do not care about the quality. It’s not that hard to make a SMOOOTHie. I had to eat it with a spoon.
A kitchen of blind deaf people could get ts done in a quarter of the time blended fruit taking 30 mins cause 3 cars infront of you is madness
They got our order wrong twice, even after repeating the correct order to us. They didn’t give enough utensils, the bananas are brown to the point of concern, and they hardly spoke to us throughout the transaction. This was through the drive through and there was no rush, no one was behind us and no one was there when we pulled up. They did not communicate at all during the transaction to the point of rudeness.
