I ordered a salad from this location and ended up waiting around 25 minutes to receive it. When I tried to ask an employee, Gierly, about my order, she was on a phone call, yelling in front of customers, which came across as extremely rude and disrespectful. She simply told me to wait. After nearly 30 minutes, I asked another employee who was making smoothies for help, and he went to the back and brought out my food. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing if I could, I would give 0 stars.
Worst tropical smoothie store ever a bunch of kids running the store with no guidance I just sat waiting for a mobile order for more than 15 min they need adult supervision in there no way kids can run a store that’s is ridiculous
