Young lady looked like she was working against her will, no "welcome", no "how can I help you?", "thank you!" no nothing! Acai bowl was okay.

Absolutely terrible service this has been the second time they have messed up my order! They do not care to fix your order or give you your money back. Go to smoothie king instead or another location
