The Açaí bowl is misleading when ordering online. $22 including the extras for the small bowl isnt worth it, the extras are in extra cups, should be in a bigger bowl all together. There’s very little Açaí base and it was 3/4 melted. I’m less than a mile away .7 miles and my delivery driver was very quick so not his doing or fault. Had hundreds of these all over the country and this is by far the worst Açaí bowl I’ve had. Ps That’s a lot of environmental waste.
The worst service. I love when employees texting while making the food. Cool touch . 5 people but 1 making dranks.
I ordered a smoothie online & it pulled up this location as being the closest to me, however, this location was 3 hours away, lol. I called the store & explained what happened to see if they could refund me. The nice young lady on the phone was so kind & so understanding, customer service is beginning to be a bit lost these days, so I really wanted to make sure that her absolute kindness on the phone did not go unnoticed!
I’ve only recently started going to this location as My daughter comes to work with me during the summer. Today was really something different in the store. I requested no tomatoes because my daughter is allergic. After waiting until nearly everyone else had received their order I asked for an update on my order. The young woman went to check on it, then they made it, I noticed her mentioning tomatoes….
