Ordered a dragonfruit smoothie bowl today, 4/26, and this sticker was on my bowl when it arrived. Prepped 4/11, to be used by 4/18. My food was a week past the use-by date. I’m working on a refund with UberEats. Ask to see the prep sticker before taking your food. Edit 7/1: Coming back to say that I have not heard from anyone 2 months later, even after submitting a formal complaint on the customer service website. Not looking for money, I already got a refund, but the obvious disinterest in food safety is super concerning.
I went into this location yesterday around 7ish and I got me a bowl and then I needed to wait until 8:40 to get my son a smoothie and sandwich. When I tell you the customer service from Nica, Nyvi and Hayden was TOP TIER! They are the reason I would drive to this location everytime! The only downside was the women’s bathroom was clean but the toilet was broken and I had to use the men’s restroom.(which was also clean) Hayden went in and fixed the toilet and he shouldn’t have to do that.
