The smoothie wasn't what I ask for and when I asked for a change because the description didn't match the taste, I wasn't offered another smoothie to make up for the not so great one. Will not try this smoothie place again.
3.1 is nuts. $5 smoothie deal will get some people in the door but this place is sinking quick. Close your doors, wake up.
Love the menu but seemingly only one worker both taking orders and making them one at a time.
Food was fine. It was just really really unprofessional in there. I wanted to just stop by and eat real quick, not listen to an employee curse and make fun of customers after they left. Making fun of a woman who ordered at the wrong the location and then laughing at another woman the way she came in the store. At least wait until your store doesn’t have any customers inside geez. Seems to be a trend here on the service.. I highly recommend going to another tropical smoothie.
Location opens at 8 on Saturday, but no one was there at 8:20 when I finally gave up and left… I waited so long because I placed a mobile order
