Horrible experience, horrible management, and horrible smoothie. I ordered the kiwi quencher, as I've done every visit for the last 5 years, and this is what I received. It was watery, lacked flavor, and tasted off. After voicing my complaints to the "manager" he was very rude and said he will not remake the smoothie because I redeemed a reward for a free smoothie. Nut allergy - I'm shocked their app doesn't have a way to highlight this? I assume they blend the smoothies with peanut butter separately or wash the blenders really well but it is worrying to order blindly. Anyway, I only came by because T-Mobile's Tuesday gave a free 24oz smoothie. I got a Detox Island Green and the smoothie was ready when I arrived and accurate to the app estimate.
