Poor service. When I walked in, there were three workers present and I was greeted by no one for at least two minutes. The gentleman working the drive thru had to motion to one of the other workers to assist me. She still didn’t acknowledge me, but she walked away to put on gloves so she could come back to take my order? I imagine at this point she could see the confusion on my face so she was really nice and quickly made my smoothie, but I also ordered in all American wrap which she rushed and gave to me cold. Ellie & Alaina & Brad are Amazing!!!
I’m waiting for an order & I watch an employee get 2 work, late I’m assuming by the time, I watch her flip her hands through her hair to put on her visor… she then precedes to rinse blenders the make smoothies. Grab the ice scooper & drop it in the ice bin w her contaminated hands.🫨 then place my order in front of me not saying a word. 3 drinks. No cup holder. No bag. No straws.
