Sometimes you can just tell when the person making your food came to work in a bad mood.
Do not expect to feel welcome here. I asked questions and got barely one word answers and told I couldn't get certain items instead of suggesting we go about meeting needs in other ways. I think some of these kids really hate their job and it shows. Sad.
I'm floored that this place still is allowed to get away with this HORRIBLE customer service. I placed and order at this location. Then placed another order at the GH location on accident. I called the GH location to cancel that order and was placed on hold for 5m so I hung up and called (what I thought was the GH location) back and canceled the order. Always great smoothies, but the service at the drive-thru was more inefficient than usual.
I ordered an ohana breeze smoothie and did not like it at all. So I asked if I could swap it out less than 5 minutes later and was told I could not. Which wouldn't have been a problem if I didnt pay $8 for this drink. I would've liked to have been given the option of a refund at least but unfortunately that wasn't the case.
