Y’all hire people who absolutely don’t know how to pack an order. I kid you not EVERY single time I get takeout y’all leave an item out. EVERY single time I order for delivery y’all mix orders up or leave things out. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Y’all are playing with peoples money not paying attention to these little things. I haven’t bought from here in months until today thinking maybe y’all have gotten better. Nope. Completely packed the wrong items again. Don’t count on them being open when there hours say… ovens were not ready even 15 minutes after original open time.

There were two girls in there this morning, July 13th at 10:00, who shouldn’t have been left alone to operate that store on their own. I waited at the counter for ten minutes waiting for one of them to come take my order. It’s not worth the wait for a smoothie to taste bad because the person rushed to make it, nor order food that is prepared wrong or incorrectly. Beyond disappointed and upset with my experience here. It will be a very long time before I go back.

I waited in line for over 10 minutes, and when I finally reached the register, the employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and quite honestly, she should not be working in a customer-facing role. To make matters even worse, while I was trying to make a simple purchase, the employee was chatting with a friend, attempting to make a smoothie, and half-heartedly looking for the gift card I requested—all at the same time.
