Mann…Where'd that pretty glasses girl go , she was nice to me and always made me good smoothies. Not shaved ice as i’ve noticed lately.Disappointed.Some of them know what they’re doing but check your smoothie before you leave.
I always go to this location to get smoothies and sometimes a salad. I went to hand her $50 bill after ordering my favorite smoothie and the cashier told me that this location takes nothing over $20. It’s money. That’s all I had. So you turn away a paying customer for having only a $50 bill. Unheard of. I will not be returning to the Collins Square Tropical Smoothie ever again. I use to be a normal goer here, but the customer service here is absolutely horrible. The Indian lady that works here is rude and doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in. My last straw was when this lady tampered with my food when simply just GREETING this lady. How did I know? The quality was good until I did an online order (this lady clearly remembered my name and went out of her way to mess with my food) and my wrap tasted funny.
