I order a açaí bowl with all strawberries because that’s what I refer and I go to eat it and I see less than 5 of them it’s like their greedy when it comes to the food I also had someone order a Baja chicken wrap and received the buffalo wrap instead of what the ask for.
I only come here sometimes because it’s close to work, but this is one of those locations that skimp on ingredients and sweeteners to save cost, because my smoothies always taste like fruit water even when I sub Splenda. Do better guys !!!
Have been coming here now for almost four years, we've been to some of the other tropical smoothie shops around town and hands down this is the best location in terms of quality and consistency of smoothies made, well made hot wraps, courteous staff, and a generally nice/clean location. literally have been waiting on a single smoothie for 25 mins. i ask is my smoothie ready multiple times as i watch every single person who came in after me receive full meals and multiple smoothies only to be told “we are still working on it.” i was the only person in the store when i placed my order then once the young lady decided to look into my order she discovers it had been made and placed in the fridge the entire time. unsatisfied with the service i asked for a refund and declined the smoothie only to be told i could ... read more
