Love this place!
I generally don’t do reviews unless I am really unsatisfied with my experience and this is one of those times. I frequent this location and most times have a satisfying experience but the last few months has not been very pleasant. Today, I went through the drive thru and was excited because I had a survey reward so I was supposed to get a discounted smoothie after doing the survey. I ordered online and was given someone else’s order and the staff acted like I was the one who made the error. The shift supervisor, James, is extremely rude & disrespectful. Not only did he get smart and condescending with me, but he lacks basic respect, accountability, and the customer service skills that a supervisor should embody, despite he and his staff being the ones who made the error to begin with. Tropical Smoothie is my comfort place 🏝️🥤🌯❣️I love the Island Green, Kiwi Quencher, Avocado, and Detox Island Green Smoothies. Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers many different smoothie options. The owner Leo Agagas is always working side by side with his employees. The atmosphere is inviting. Located in Holland Plaza Shopping Center with ample parking.
I will never come to this place ever again the sandwich was sloppy, and it was old i took it back they refused to give me a fresh one or refund me .the smoothie tastes like it water down. I will tell everyone I know never go there.
