I called to check if they didn’t have açaí. They told me that they didn’t have any available at the moment but that they could get the extra frozen açaí in the back and it could be unfrozen by the time I arrived. They took the time to get the açaí ready despite the computer and the trop smooth app not making açaí available for selection. Great customer service. Kudos to Anthony T (I believe he was the employee).
Food was typical of what you would get from a tropical smoothie cafe. I got the peanut butter and a flatbread. We came in after a basketball game, and we all ordered at once but the service was pretty fast.

⭐☆☆☆☆ We stopped by this Tropical Smoothie Cafe location in Lombard, IL. I understand that employees are getting ready to wrap up for the night, but I was disappointed when I was told they didn't want to make the quesadilla I wanted because it was so close to closing time. If you're still open and serving customers, the full menu should still be available. I love this place. I pass two other locations to get to this one. The atmosphere is always friendly and professional. Natalie is the best. She has such great customer service. I met Katie today and she's seems to fit right in. This is a great location because it's also kept clean. Great job!!!
