Delivery driver here. I had to wait 30+ minutes for someone’s order to be ready, and that was only after asking THREE times and telling them I need to leave and have other people’s orders getting cold that they finally put my food together. I had been getting the run around of “it’ll be another few minutes” for a half hour plus costing me time and money, and the quality of the other orders just sitting and getting cold in my car. The crew member was very rude and told me I can’t focus on making your smoothie how you want it and kept trying to add more water to my smoothie now it is watery and nasty this was the worst experience ever
Most locations allow you to buy a 12 oz size in any flavor, the location in Walker does not. They also did not have the featured drinks. The service was friendly and my smoothie was ok. If you're in Grand Rapids I would recommend the location by 68th street.
