It was a pleasure to get food here! The food pound per pound is a little more than other establishments; however, the quality more than makes up for it. The staff is very friendly and pleasant to both chat with and willing to assist with your orders.
Great drive-thru customer service, delicious food! I especially loved the new HAWAIIAN BBQ SLIDER, so much goodness in a small package!
I had a terrible time. Makayla was a terrible manager. I asked her about a chipotle chicken flatbread and she refused to give me a refund and then she continued to yell at other employees in front of my face. It made me feel so disrespected and uncomfortable. I’m not sure what the Work environment is here but to be able to talk to your employees like that in front of a customer is unacceptable.
I asked her to put extra sauce and she drenched it in so much sauce it was uneatable. Had to get to an appointment so just went hungry.
