When you call the phone rings.. then answers and hangs up! People are rude
All I ordered was a Peanut Paradise smoothie and paid for extra peanut butter because it only tasted like banana the last time. Honestly I shouldn't have to pay for extra peanut butter - it's supposed to taste like it. Waited about half an hour. When I received it, no extra peanut butter. I politely asked them to remake it - it is called a Peanut Paradise after all - and she was very rude. Love trosmo but this is the worst location in the city. This location has repeatedly substituted or lacked main ingredients and been below-par more than not, oh and to put the cherry on top they will never answer the phones nor have a manager take your call if you receive an entirely incorrect order thru their “drive thru”. Photo reference is supposed to be chipotle chicken club (supposed to have lots of tomatos and lettuce but I recieved this pathetic looking situation) unacceptable … Fix this!
