TSC used to be my go to lunch spot years ago but stopped going because no matter which one I went to the smoothies were watered down and not good. My favorite Chipotle flatbread wasn't as good either so gave it break for a few years until this past week. Haygood location was perfect! Fast service, delicious fresh smoothie and fully packed flatbread! Definitely worth the money and will come back to this location now. Thank you!!
I live about 12 mins away from this Tropical Smootie in addition to living right near another Tropical Smoothie cafe location. However, I travel out of my way to visit this specific location. The staff is always amazing and I never have issues with my order. I’ll choose great service over a convenient location any day.
Alisha the server was very rude she has no customers service, she didn’t greet you at the window , she being very mean slamming the window in my face , she need to be FIRED!
They are not able to break your bills and do not make an extra effort to make sure they have change. The staff is great but the inconvenience of having to go get change to pay. They said that they dont have cash in the morning but have a breakfast menu also stated because of counterfeiting but there is also fraudulent use of cards. I would ask that the company is more diverse in thier practices for people that pay with cash..
We came right before it started down pouring because we had some time to get our food and hurry and get food, not only did they foeget to buzz the buzzer to let us know its ready they completely messed up the order. How do you mess up a regular paradise point?
