Spoke to the manager with the short hair and nose piercing after they made my order for a pb protein bowl it tasted bitter after i asked if i could add honey they were very adamant about charging me for it when all I was asking for was a drizzle of honey for something that tasted bitter. Very rude
Went in Wed. Morning and got an detox island green smoothie. Gave it to my wife and she said it tasted like powder, there was something wrong with it. I took it back and the assistant manager refused to exchange it. She gave me an extremely hard time in front of a store full of customers. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. That girl needs management training. All she did was embarrass her and the store.
