Very rude cashier and i see where he gets it cause manager was just as rude....and they say the south has hospitality...i was trying to pick a door dash order that was more than likely stolen and they were so rude about trying to get the order remade again.
I gave it a 4, only because you can feel the vibe, no one seem like they want to work, I said hi, and I just got a crazy look, but besides that, my bowls was good, I just felt like it was missing something, which is granola, the inside is a bit tight, and outside seating there could be more added to the patio, it is clean on the out and in, all in all it's okay.
I’ve been coming here more often. I never have a problem with my food, but the female who works there with the short locs always has the worst attitude. The way she talks and looks at people is just crazy to me. To go in 7/8 o’clock in the morning and have to deal with someone who has an attitude EVERY TIME is so annoying. If customer service isn’t for her, she needs to find something else.
I have been going to Tropical Smoothie for years and this by far is the worst service I’ve ever experienced! I will do my best to never visit this location again!
