This location is my least favorite to order from. They are always crowded and under staffed. The staff ignores you and are not engaged with customers at all.
I went to tropical smoothie and the customer service was awesome, the young lady Mrs. Vee is always nice and polite always smiling . Hands down 10 out of 10 .

If you are looking for the real Tropical Smoothie experience….AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This is the lowest rated Tropical Smoothie location in Georgia for a reason. The kids that work here can barely read or comprehend what you say to them even in English. My order was incorrect and they made it wrong TWICE. The employees are not focused and it is VERY APPARENT. Close this location down or change the name because this location is giving Tropical Smoothie a bad reputation.
