i usually get doordash, it’s always such a complicated order because of the spend 25 save 7 thing on doordash (sorry) but they always make it perfectly, never had a bad drink.
Ordered the Thai Chicken Salad through the drive-thru and they gave it to me with no chicken. Almost $9 for a bowl of lettuce and dressing. By the time we got home and noticed it they were closed for the evening.
I accidentally online ordered to this location, my mistake of not double checking, we’ve all done it at least once. When I called to let them know of my mistake and that I would need to cancel the order, the young girl on the phone told me the order was already made and that it could not be canceled. I expressed to her how sorry I was, and asked if I would be refunded for the order I would not be picking up. Her tone changed as she told me once the order is made there is no refund.
