We’ve been here many times, but this is the third time we’ve noticed an unauthorized tip added to our card. We truly love Tropical Smoothie, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Management needs to address this.
Everytile I've gone into this store and had Tayla take my order or make my smoothies she has been awesome and taken care of me with a smile. The young lady that worked with her Emma was super quick making the bowls and I was in and out in 5 minutes and my smoothies always taste good. I would recommend this place over Smoothie king even though they may be a little bit more expensive it's worth it. Also Aubrey is awesome and takes good care of us also! You can tell they love to make sure your taken care of!
