I’m infuriated .. I spent 16 dollars on a smoothie that I created that ended up tasting like ice! I told the lady before hand I don’t want ice and she said it has to have ice and I said ok use only a little. I get my smoothie and it tastes like sugar ice water ! I said this tastes like ice. Employees super rude! Willl not return to this location.
I inadvertently approved a $66 tip. I am desperately trying to get my money back. I have left messages for management and the corporate office. Not sure why my calls are going unanswered and unaddressed. Jessica, I understand is the manager, please give me a regarding this issue. I am not sure why it is taking several days to make a simple refund. I will provide an update on this issue. Hopefully, Tropical will address this soon.
Understaffed during times which causes online and in store orders to take forever. Spent almost 30mins waiting for a smoothie
