I was really disappointed with my smoothie — it came out watery and oddly crunchy, which made it hard to enjoy- probably too much ice, not blended well. I won’t be coming back. Honestly, Smoothie King tastes way better, their prices are a little higher, you get a much better product. Also, while I don’t usually mind if employees are on the phone, one of the staff members (Rose or Angeley) was on speakerphone, and it was pretty distracting and unprofessional. I love Tropical Smoothie me and three other family members visited this location today. We were very pleased with food and serve
2 people working and no one greets you when you walk in. There are two girls seating at the counter when I walk in. The girl is busting her ass to making smoothies for them. I went to go seat down because I didn't feel well. A guy walks in and gets helped before me. The lady finished the 3 smoothies and the guy and the lady start cleaning up and no asked me if I have been helped so I walked out for now on be finding another smoothie place to go to.
