Torri is a Rockstar no wait time and fresh food great location! I love smoothies and their menu is rather large tbh She not only told me about the infusion products but showed off some of the freshly made meals. Big help! Really epic employee.
So slow, i waited 40 minutes for my order and they got the wrong thing. The employees are slow and careless. I am so annoyed!!!!
I order lunch in door dash from here all the time and the last time my order was messed up and I charged it to the game. This time my order once again was messed up where I received a wrap rather than my salad . Well I decided to call and the manager Chris Was AMAZING he got my order remade and personally brought it to me ! Mr. manger Chris is in the PERFECT POSITION ! Give this man a raise! He is willing to go above and beyond for his guest ! Thank you Again Chris !
Just today a few minutes ago I went to buy a smoothie, and there were three employees working, but one was on her phone, having a personal conversation. The store had about 3-5 customers at the time. I stood at the register waiting for someone to take my order, but after a long wait with no attention or acknowledgment, I decided to leave. No one even had the courtesy to say, “I’ll be with you shortly.” It was a very disappointing customer service experience, and I ended up leaving without making a purchase.
I really wish there were more places like this, fast and healthy. I've been coming to this location for a little while and it's been slow, busy, everything in between and one thing has always been consistent, the staff is solid, I usually get something that can be messed up and it never is, it's always perfect!
