This place seriously needs a new crew. They only tend to online orders the store had people waiting over 30 min walking in while at the store some made an online order and got it first.. as a pregnant woman waiting 30 min in a line this is completely inhumane
I’ve visited this location several times hoping my experience would improve. I was wrong. This is my last time coming here. Staff don’t greet customers. The short young lady came to the register and stood there. Didn’t say hello or may I take your order. Rude! I observed intently while waiting and she speaks EXTREMELY low. Customer service sucks but the smoothie was good. They don't greet you, and they aren't very polite.
