Takeing the time out of my day to recognize Darieh, who handled a very large order from a bunch of indecisive people of which a few had food allergies who were in my group (sorry, Darieh). I'm sure it had to be a frustrating experience for her but, she handled it like a pro because we couldn't tell. The entire experience was seamless. If you place an online order for pickup at this location, their closing hours don’t update while at this location, they closed on holidays especially President’s Day. It took my money and my order that already went through was still up on their screen inside the restaurant while nobody was in there. It still took my money including my coupon I applied with the order. Reached out to customer service also and I don’t know if they will ever get back to me which I’m hoping they do!
