Their smoothies are just ok. I don't understand the purpose of sugar in the smoothies.
ordered frm uber eats... everything is just off. i've worked at tropical smoothie & they just cant seem to get it right. I got a santa fe quesadilla with no red onions and no cheddar sub pepperjack. my quesadilla you can tell was old had no beans and the cheese i specifically didnt want on there... terrible. ordered a pb cup with no banana.. still banana in there.. what if i was allergic? smh terrible

I had to call cooperate because talking to Management is like talking to a brick wall. My Wraps are only 75 percent right or I had to throw them away smoothies too. I was in urgent care and couldn’t complain until days later. I had to throw my smoothie away and wrap. . I been a customer for 6 years
