My husband has several medical conditions including breathing problems and he is exempt from wearing a mask. We went in and explained this to the employee. She got the manager who then very rudely told that she didn’t care about his medical problems and that he would have to wait outside while I ordered if he refused to wear a mask. We left without order and won’t be back.

Great young staff, hard workers!!!! The management/owners(same people). They are demeaning to these young workers, they take their tips, yes you heard that correctly the workers never get the tips from the tip jar. Oh it gets better, slow day, no problem the owner just docks all the workers pay 10 hours!!!! This is illegal and this couple is being reported to the labor board and BBB.

This is the 2nd time the manager on bowman road treated me less than.... I drive past 3 tropical smoothies 2 go2 this location mostly because of my puppy & used to love the ride because of the employees & how good I used to feel leaving there... I will find somewhere else to spend my daily $13-$20 elsewhere.... thanks for the treatment
