I went to this one day only had one person working there.I felt so bad for her.It took forever to get my meal
Called to ask for a refund for an item I didn’t receive and was told they don’t do refunds. Asked to speak to a manager and told none were present. Yeah right. Terrible service and ridiculous policy, refusing a refund for an item you didn’t provide is stealing from your customers!
Everything here is so good and the people who are working are always so nice and friendly when taking mot orders they even knew my order after a while of coming in and greet me every morning with a smile on their face and it makes my day. They have never messed up my order and rven if they did i know they would be able to compensate for it because of how great of workers they are. Only giving 3 stars due to the company only staffing three people on a Friday afternoon. You would expect being in the food industry, you would assume that Friday’s at lunch time are pretty busy. This poor staff was doing their best to keep up and yet they were still kind and had a sense of urgency. Don’t forget, your employees are the backbone of the company. Do better tropical smoothie.
Amazing service!! Food came out warm and tasty and they didn’t mess up on the special smoothie!!
