Great customer service! Michael is the man!
I went in and orders a hummus wrap it came out and literally was falling apart I told the guy at the front who was very sweet and attentive about it he got the “manager… Kat” she came over asked me “what’s the problem” I told her and showed her the wrap she proceeded to snatch the wrap off the table and told me she’d remake it as she walked away .. just very rude attitude and then didn’t even apologize or bring it back out to me she had the same guy who took my order bring it to me and HE apologized and acted more like a man... read more
some of the worst service i’ve received. horrible workers with terrible attitudes , i waited 30 minutes for my smoothie for it to just have the same consistency as water and then the employees act like you asked them something crazy when you ask them to remake it. i’ve had many many terrible experiences with this tropical smoothie. sucks because it’s a 5 minute drive from my house. wish they would hire new people.
This place has gone hill the workers are horrible, sat at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even took my order.Two people working and they just kept looking at me like i wasn't even there.dont waste your time.
I have to give Kudos to Teagan and Cailynn, their customer service skills are phenomenal. Their smiling faces and their knowledge is impeccable. I dislike having a negative comments, but JADEN?, needs to improve on her customer service skills. I do frequent the restaurant, every encounter I have had with her has been difficult. She doesnt smile when greeting the customer or engage. I just think a little more training could benefit her.
