Good food, horrible service. Go to another Tropical Smoothie! I love Tropical Smoothie in general, but this particular location had pretty crappy service when we went here a couple of months ago. There was one particular associate who was surprisingly rude to us and acted like we were idiots who were inconveniencing her. Incase you were wondering how THE OWNER treats people at that store. Such a shame considering i also go there very often as part of my pregnancy cravings and one of the employees has the NERVE to not only disrespect somebody as a customer, but “military personnel” in general. Poor response to a problem and she needs to be GONE. This was posted in my Tyndall wives group.
Recommendedthis is my absolute favorite Tropical Smoothie. i refuse to go anywhere else. EVERYONE who works here is super friendly, and they always know my order as soon as I open the door. I love these people. I love their smoothies. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Great staff and owner. Fantastic service. They will customize your smoothie for you! Before they had green smoothies they would add greens that they use for salads to my smoothies.
just a friendly reminder that you never know who your customers might be. came in for lunch and 2 of the girls were chatting about how medical staff were horrible "entitled" customers... surprise... i work at gulf coast. :/
Kindest owner I have ever met. Jackie greeted us, conversed with us, and even gave my son a turkey wrap on the house. (He already ate so he sipped on a smoothie until he saw our wraps and asked. The smoothie and food was delicious , atompshere was clean, friendliest staff! Overall a true genuine owner who takes pride in her store valuing her customers!
Great staff, great service, great menu!! I go in there several times a week and haven't been disappointed or had any problems! Ms. Jackie and her staff are excellent!
