Great food/smoothies, but don’t plan on it being quick! Took 41 minutes for quesadillas and 5 smoothies.

tried to finish my clash royal battle and eat my food while waiting g for my other smoothie, apparently not fast enough since I was told at 850 that they close at 900 and that they were already closed.

The service was horrible. (My smoothie order was wrong too!) I walked into the Cafe and to the pick up window and waited. There were several employees walking around so I continued to wait until I was acknowledged. A mother and daughter came in behind me and left. Another mother and daughter came in behind me and left. I then raised my arms up and the blonde female finally asked me "yes?" I told her I'd been waiting to pick up my mobile order and two orders were made and gone while I was standing there waiting. More than 25 minute wait for a single smoothie - several employees were in the back but it seemed like only one person was actually working. At one point I stood up and looked into the back and no one was even making smoothies or food - while three customers were ringing the bell up front and pacing around looking for staff so that they could order.

I just spent over 20 minutes waiting for 1 smothie and 3 more after asking if i could come back for it to which the cashier said uh what was your name? Ok just a minute but, i couldnt wait any longer and had to leave empty handed. (They were busy and if they would have just said yeah no problem we can make it when you get back this still would have been a good experience) not impressed!

Why it took 23 minutes for a sandwich is beyond me. It wasn’t even that busy. I asked for a refund at the 20 minute mark and was told it was almost ready. I can only image how long it would have been if I ordered a smoothie too! 😠
