added an allergen to our shake and refused to remake or reimburse. so sad as we were a frequent customer.
Chicken quesadilla tasted weird id say. The smoothie I had was supposed to have strawberry, coconut, pineapple and white chocolate; all I tasted was strawberry and a hint of pineapple, that was it.
Worst Tropical Cafe Smoothie ever . I told and explained to the manger and the co worker Adrienne that I had an allergy alert to dairy and still my food was incorrect luckily I only bit the outside of the wrap . I ordered 5 meals only got 2 chips and my flatbreads had 3 small pieces of chicken... so disappointing
I use to love this place & location (Hurst, TX) We drive a distance too... well today may have to be my last visit- bit into a sandwich & the paper from the turkey was still on it! Yuck!(I will say the guy taking our order was great.. too bad this happened)

They need to be more efficient and take a little more pride in what they do. Some better training might help.
Staff is friendly, service is fast but not rushed or sloppy. Just had the hurricane smoothie and its 🔥🔥
