Worst Tropical Cafe Smoothie ever . I told and explained to the manger and the co worker Adrienne that I had an allergy alert to dairy and still my food was incorrect luckily I only bit the outside of the wrap . I ordered 5 meals only got 2 chips and my flatbreads had 3 small pieces of chicken... so disappointing
They need to be more efficient and take a little more pride in what they do. Some better training might help.
Today ended my relationship with Tropical Smoothie in Victory Crossing. Now, I frequent this location at least 4 times a week to the point that when I order they say “peanut butter right,” I say yep followed by no sugar. Today was no different, the owner (Indian guy) took my order, he even said “peanut butter,” my reply yes & no sugar. I have been patronizing this location since they opened.. And today they left a bad taste in my mouth!! On Monday evening I ordered a Ceasar Bowl... when I got home it was missing the spinach and parm chips. I called back and the young lady apologized. The food is good so are the smoothies. The problem is their location. You can never park anywhere close due to all the barbershop traffic.
Only get a 3 star today because I came in with the taste for a Baja flat bread and they don't make them anymore ���... if this Cali Chicken (no bacon) is good... I will up the star count... BRING BAJA FLATBREAD BACK!
