We arrived at 8:45 to place an order; the sign said they were open, but when I opened the door, they turned the sign off and said they were closed—even though their website says they close at 9.
Visited this location this past week and noticed the staff did not take initiative to greet myself or any customer. Which wasn’t the issue but it was odd, I spilled one of my smoothies trying to get out the door. I told staff and they gladly helped clean it up but then charged me for another smoothie because I still wanted the one I spilled obviously. The customer service here isn't the best but they make good food .
Very disappointed! We came in with a "buy one get one free" coupon from a youth sports tournament. That's all the coupon said. But when I tried to use it, the cashier told me it was actually buy a food item and get a free smoothie. The coupon didn't say that anywhere. We ended up paying full price for both. Then I asked for a cup of water and got a small one. Fine. But then I looked at my receipt and saw a 35 cent charge nobody mentioned. The place is insanely dirty, the smell inside is horrible, the doors, tables are all sticky and with old stains. Couldn’t stand there and even make my order… I’ve liked that place before, sad that the people don’t take care of their business (
