Please either get bigger straws or actually blend up the smoothie please, because I can’t even drink this because I can’t suck up the ice chunks through the straw. 😔 had to strain it 😬 (ice pellets pictured)
I was given smoothie in a coffee cup !! Like the straw won’t go in the hole so am I supposed to just open the lid and just dump it all in my mouth lol ! And this is a 20oz cup when I clearly paid for 24oz of smoothie. Why even take smoothie orders if they don’t have cups? This is the second time this has happened, about a few months back they didn’t have the regular cups so I got it in two kiddie sized cup. But giving smoothie in hot cup is next level, what a joke !!!
