I order regularly through grub hub and sometimes go in and pick up my orders. Now 5 times in a row they have failed to complete a simple "sauce on the side" request and have failed to fix the situation each time it has happened. I even went so far as to call in after placing my order to request sauce on the side and still didn't receive any. I organize a lot of catered meals for different groups and Tropical Smoothie is by far the leading FAVORITE for those eating! Owners Chris and Greg Krebs are incredible when working with the needs of my groups. Everything is always perfectly labeled, super fresh, and ready to go EXACTLY when the food is scheduled for pick up. No matter what size the group, they have been able to accommodate!
