Overall the worst tropical cafe in the state, professionalism was equivalent to that of Burger King. Very raunchy, and unorganized, extremely long wait. The store wasn’t even packed. And they didn’t even know how to make the smoothie I requested.
Terrible service! Walked in and waited at the register to have my order taken while the workers were in the back just standing around on their phone laughing it up. Saw me standing there and proceeded to stand around on their phone.
Brandon and his staff are awesome! Food is delicious, I eat here almost every day.
Very laid back atmosphere & super friendly staff. The store manager, Brandon is really chill. Their smoothies are awesome & food is always fast & fresh.
