Recommendedgreat food and smoothies.
No staff that was present front of house or back of house was wearing their mask over their nose. Will not be eating what we picked up, and won't be ordering there again until they wear their masks properly or the pandemic is over.

professional courteous staff. prompt service tasty food
I ordered a smoothie and waited 20 minutes in the restaurant to be served and watched them give my smoothie to the wrong customer. Then they proceeded to serve 6 other customers in the restaurant before giving me a replacement smoothie (which I had to remind them of). The server replaced it after a few minutes without a single apology or voucher or anything for the delay. The smoothie they gave me was hastily made and very watered down. Would not recommend
The best food & best service ! Great staff
I have gone to the Tropical Smoothie on club road for years. I went two days in a row and had slow service. The first time I was the only customer and there were four employees. Today it is a little busier but the lady at the counter had an attitude that was unpleasant. I will give them one more shot before I complete give up.
