Environment is just weird … the girl didn’t greet me or anything she literally just looked at me until i started ordering ..
I came in with my two small kids Wednesday morning, May 14th. The lady working at the front desk was very helpful. She offered to put a portion of the smoothie in a smaller cup for my 3 year old daughter. My daughter almost immediately squeezed the cup and spilled hers all over herself. The employee was so kind and made a new one for my daughter without me asking. She was friendly and made an inconvenient situation much easier. Thank you!!
Though, I do still eat here regularly due to convenience, the past few visits have been unpleasant. Yesterday, ordered a flatbread and smoothie. The wait wasn’t bad but they forgot my side. I returned the next day and ordered the same thing and mentioned my side from the day before, the staff stated that she did remember me (she rang me up) but that she would not allow me the side that was left out of my bag.
