Restaurants MUST be sanitary, was at "TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE" Bay Rd, Saginaw, Mi. Young man making sandwiches, answered the phone with same gloves on and went back and touched the sandwiche with SAME GLOVES. I told the young lady at register before he went back to touch the sandwich, she act as if it was NO BIG DEAL. I'm done with ALL these restaurants with these unsanitary young people working in them. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. A co-worker went into the Bay Rd. in Saginaw, Michigan this afternoon at 3:30 pm, he ordered a Sunrise Smoothie. He asked the female in the drive-thru if he added a supplement would the smoothie have a big difference in taste. From what I understand, her response was, "I don't know, I've never had it..." He proceeded to try the smoothie with the supplement and she told him that she would give him the total at the windo...Continue Reading
Stopped in for a "Baja Wrap". I was interested to see if it would be spicy enough. I don't know if it is supposed to have any type of spicy sauce in it but this had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Chicken,beans, corn, and rice. Where's the flavor????
Horrible. I was late for work this morning because it took them 20 minutes for each order. I can an hour early for work and I ended up being late. I went through the drive through and there wasn't a way to get out of the line. I don't know why I bother wit this location every time it take them so long for an order when it shouldn't take long at all!
MEH. People were not overly friendly & even though they were not busy I feel like they were rushing me when I was asking questions. I probably won't visit that location again.
The "customer service" is non-existent! We visited for "flip flop day".... and the server was so rude!! Before we finished placing our order she said "let me see your flip flops" and deemed my sandals were "not acceptable" and was VERY loud and rude in her pronouncement. Needless to say, I did NOT order our dinner there. Had she let me explain, I would have said "that's ok, I have a medical issue that I can wear wedge sandals because they provide some arch support but not flat flip flops" and ordered two meals and a paid for... read more
