The people there are great and so helpful. They were very nice about answering any questions I had and took the time to explain how their system works to me. This is my first storage experience and it's been great! I will be continuing to use cubesmart and this specific facility in the future. Very accommodating.
Horrible. Told Fri that my unit was locked & contents to be auctioned. Raced back to Tom at 5:50 pm, fully aware of my situation and shouted from the office “I’m closed. I called the number to pay & told them it’s been a hellacious experience for me there & nowhere else. NEVER WAS INFORMED FOR BEING LATE. I called and was told I refuse this abuse and lack of respect & want to speak to the DISTRICT MANAGER ASAP FOR A FULL REFUND.
I had a minor problem with my account but the manager maria was awesome and made it super easy to fix I've had a really great experience with this store ever since I've been a customer she made it super easy to get started and has been extremely helpful! I always tell people its not just service you buy its also the amazing staff! Thank you maria for your hard work and dedication to this facility!! I will be recommending you to anyone i know that needs a storage unit!
