Renting was a simple process, for sure! And you can't beat the price. In the past 3 years, I'd rented with Extra Space in 2 different states. They kept raising the prices with no notice, and you almost never saw an attendant on site at any of the locations I rented at. Plus, one was very dimly lit. Now, CubeSmart does have an introductory rate, but at least they are clear up front when you rent as to when you could expect your rental fee to change.
