Marcie Kiernan did an amazing job for us in coordinating everything for our investment/retirement home purchase. Admittingly, we probably weren't the easiest people to deal with, and being from Wisconsin, we only had a few days to look at places. Kim McNear is extremely unprofessional. I had a terrible landlord that would not fix my mold issues, and she said “too bad” on the phone. She also asked, because my dad was helping with rent, if I “went to college” as I’m 25 and need to support myself. She should not be a realtor or even a parent.
Kim McNear is an awful property manager. She is rude, immature, attitude, and sounds miserable in every conversation. I felt like I was shaking a cup anytime I asked for any help. She did not answer simple questions, and took a long time to get things done. Communication skills were not there. Please go to a different company, you will regret being tied to this place like I did.

to whom it may concern I'm 75 years old. Read my own business 33 years understand the value of customer service a deep diligent attention.
