I usually visit this place every month and have received decent service in the past. However, my experience today was disappointing. The main lady seemed to be in a bad mood. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, but she insisted that I get a gel pedicure instead. When I politely declined, she appeared upset about my decision. Later, when I asked to try two different nail colors before deciding, she sighed repeatedly and was rough with my cuticles. The gentleman (not the older man) who did my acrylic nails made my cuticles bleed — not just on one finger, but on seven out of ten. It was terrible. He said it was normal, but it’s definitely not. He left me there without treating my wounds and went onto work on other clients. When I told the main lady about the bleeding, she immediately applied medicine. The ladies and the older man there do a great job, but not the gentleman who worked on me.

First of all do not go there there's a lot of better nail salons out there but this one is one of the worst I came here maybe 10 times before they used to have a very nice lady but I guess she's not there anymore The worst Medicare you can imagine it's more like nail polish change and the guy arguing with me that he's doing Medicare which is ridiculous I know what a Medicare is and I'm sure if you go there you'll find out what I'm talking about The second person came to help it was even worse very short tempered started spre... read more
