i got a manicure and pedicure and i was sitting on the pedicure chair for 2 and a half hours waiting to be assisted while i had an appointment at 1:30 and left at 6
They take forever, skipped me and another lady to get a couple who came in afterwards. Terrible service, they’re VERY short staffed!!!
I used to really enjoy coming to this place. Yesterday, I was not happy with my result. Almost $100 later and my cuticles were not trimmed, no rinsing in between anything and it felt very rushed.
Got them done a week ago today and don't do anything to cause this, they shouldn't be falling off so soon, you'd think they'd be more durable considering three people in there worked on my hands Update: another nail popped off when I picked up a box earlier
