Used to go to trops everyday until I forgot my wallet one day and my friend offered to pay. The guy working there had seen my face plenty of times and still wouldn't serve me. Good job you did the right thing carding me...until two guys walked in and didn't get carded. So fuck you guys. You're pieces of shit to your regular customers and you won't get my money again

Which location did you visit? Our bartender followed the law by not serving you since you did not have your ID. As for the other guys, you may not have stayed up there long enough to see them get carded. Or they may have been obviously old enough. Without watching the video we can't say for certain. Our bartenders are trained to card anyone who looks to be under the age of 35.
Please keep Strawberry Daiquiri and my friend would like to request you bring back the green watermelon flavor. She never drinks anymore but will do so if you bring it back!
Highlight of summer and Columbia. They have good prices and their drinks are awesome. I have always had friendly service and I plan on going back as much as I can.

Does working at the downtown location automatically make you an ass? I called to see if they had a specific flavor because that location would be convenient for a quick stop. When I asked if they had the flavor I was going for at this location he said....uh yeah... Like duh...when I said Thank you, I was just checking, he hung up. No kiss my ass or anything. Yes, he may have been busy but rude is rude. This is one time of many staff at this location have been asses. I'll stick to the south location and tip well...
Let me start by saying that I've never posted a review of anything, good or bad, before this. I love Tropical Liqueurs and have gone there pretty frequently over the past couple of years but last night I received the worst customer service that I've ever gotten from a business in my life.
