Stay away from these incompetent crooks! I took them my grass trimmer for repair, they kept it for 3 months, "not ready yet, not ready yet.." I finally decided to go pick it up and was told they could not repair it! They never even attempted repair and never bothered to call me! These clowns should be fined for misleading customers. The owner also seems to be a bitter old man and his employee an idiotic dummy who can't even talk properly. Take your business elsewhere!
They are terrible. This company was tasked with repairing my cub cadet tractor. It was repaired for over ten days before they could drive it up to broward. Absolutely the worst customer service. Go somewhere else for any lawn equipment as they don't know how to treat their customers. When I called them the owner said "oh well! Really?! Oh well? The worst.
