Called and made appointments 3 different times for maintenance on my units. waited for technician to show up no call and did not show up.
Terrible service. We had our hvac installed by them a few years ago in new construction. Our hvac went out recently. They supposedly fixed it. They charged for a lot of Freon. I asked if it was a permanent fix. They said they would send someone out to talk to me within a few days. Never sent anyone. Now our hvac is out again within a week.
Tropical Heating & Cooling is the best! Terri is the best and such a joy to work with.
