Drive through takes forever. Seems they can’t keep food ready. Also deviations in menu items are normally in correct. Younger staff rude.
All employees were playing while we were waiting on our food for 30 mins!
We’ve always loved tropical grille but today they tried charging us $2 for water?? Since when was it a thing to charge for just getting water? I’ve never heard of any restaurant charging for water when it’s not in a bottle. If this is accurate, then it’s highly disappointing. If it’s inaccurate then I suggest training your staff.
