Great customer service, the two ladies were super kind, they explained to me and were very patient since I had a lot of questions. They made the process easy and quick. The guys who I spoke with was also very helpful and kind. The service was done super quick. It took about 10 days. I would 100% recommend this place. Great customer service all around. They also return my car super clean which I was not expecting.

Tropical Collision was phenomenal!!! Customer service was fabulous. Just got My car repaired two days prior and scraped the entire passenger side. I called needing it repaired the same day so my husband would not divorce me. Gianni told me to come in right away. She texted me the directions . Chris immediately tended to me . I would highly recommend them without reservations.
Warning to Tesla owners: Avoid this shop. My 2026 Model Y has been sitting here for over 50 days (since Dec 7, 2025). The promised completion date was Jan 7, 2026. I visited on Jan 21 to find the car unfinished, and now they are claiming they have to send it back to Tesla. Total lack of communication and zero accountability for their 'Tesla Approved' status. If you want your car back in a reasonable timeframe, go elsewhere.
Lovely work. Brought both my cars here back to back. Good things take time . Fantastic job cleaning my car
