This place is truly phenomenal. I had a car that needed pretty tough repairs and Tropical Collision returned me the vehicle as if I was seeing it for the first time out the dealership. Frank's attention to detail is notorious and he's very polite, knowleadgeable, and professional -- a breeze to communicate with too. They even went as far as to put water bottles in my car when they returned it which I thought was a nice gesture. I have had my vehicles here for anything related with paint and body. As an automotive technician, I trust these guys with my personal vehicles. Gianni and Frank are amazing people to deal with, very honest and easygoing and the shops quality of work is superb.
My wife was referred to Tropical Collision by her Honda dealership to repair exterior damage to her Honda CRV. She met with Frank Araujo who worked closely with her in a very professional and genuinely concerned manner to get the issues resolved (quickly). The end result looks amazing and she (we) are very happy that we worked with Tropical Collision and Frank. While we hope we WON'T have anymore incidents, we would definitely go back to Frank if needed!
