Very expensive. A call out fee of $227.27 on top of the time spent at the premises for replacing a kitchen mixer tap and fixing a tap leaking in the shower. Their invoice came to $757.86 spending only 1 and half hours at the house. Apparently saturday is an after hour call. I thought after hours would be after 5pm not on a saturday mid morning! This was not clearly stated on their text message whatsoever. I am not going to pay this call out fee!
