Emeka and her staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable at both locations. The only place I have trusted for over five years with my skin care. I highly recommend you check out one of their locations. St. Thomas is my favorite though.

Horrible customer service & lack of compassion for my time! I scheduled a facial over a month ago, had a reminder confirmation sent, and then received an email saying that my appointment was canceled due to a "glitch". I called the phone number to try and reschedule and left a voicemail and yet no one has returned my call. This was a true inconvenience, as I rearranged my whole schedule OVER A MONTH AGO.
