Visiting from Spokane! I enjoyed my experience at this salon. Very friendly and nice to talk to. I got a pedicure as well and I loved it!
I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter scheduled both a manicure and pedicure in advance, so there should have been no confusion about the services she was booked for. During her appointment, the technician doing her pedicure apparently forgot that she was also scheduled for a manicure. When he realized it, he became visibly frustrated, started working on her nails himself, and then abruptly pushed her off to another employee. Unfortunately, the service only got worse from there. Was charged over $100 for a new set of powder dipped. My 10 year old niece could of done a better job on the nail design. New to the area and wanted to explore my options. Was very disappointed to say the least.
The husband very nice and gentle with my nails but when they swapped the wife was kinda aggressive and fast working although there wasn’t much people just one other customer but over all my nails turned out super cute and I like them. I’d go to them again if I dont find another place I like.
