Just had an awning installed over my back porch. Tropical awning was amazing throughout the entire process. Friendly, quick responses, and the nicest employees you could ask for... oh and the awning looks sooook good! Highly recommended!

Don't ever use this company. Very good at taking your money, not very good at managing customer expectations. Took them 8 weeks longer than expected (we were told 6 weeks and it took almost 15 weeks to get our awning installed). We took the awning down for the hurricane and they told us it would be a week to get it back up. Every week they tell us "One more week" but never give us a day. Now they've told us that we're on a list, but have no idea when the awning will be restrung. Piss poor management, piss poor customer... read more
