Tropical car sales deliver on the negative sayings about used car salesman. Keep away. Do not purchase the extended warranty either. They get 1 star due to them having coffee available. after I purchased 2 pickup trucks, they both were back in the mechanic within 3 days. Both needing new transmissions and 1 with serious A/C issues. Do yourself a favor don't buy a vehicle here.
This company started out very nice when I purchased 2 pickup trucks in 2 days. The first 1 had to have a new transmission installed 4 days later. The second 1 had to be kept with Tropicals mechanic for 2 months. TO Rebuild transmission and multiple A/C issues. When I asked for them to buy it back, I was informed by Thommy that now since I owner the truck for 4 months it had depreciated $6,000 and the Owner would not let him take a loss and he would purchase it for that discount, even though the mechanic had the truck for... read more
